Macowen Builders is a licensed contractor in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Specializing in both commercial and custom residential construction we bring over 30 years of experience to our projects.
Owner, Scott Gordon, started the company with the idea that every client deserves his personal attention. “ I believe communication is the key to a successful build. I am personally on site for each and every project I take on. I am committed to providing my clients with a large contractor build while giving small contractor pricing and attention to detail. My longevity in this industry has provided me with not only knowledge about the construction process but also an ability to understand how to provide the client with a finished product that meets both their needs and wants while keeping budgets and schedules at the forefront.”

Macowen founder Scott Gordon started the company with the idea of building his business and relationships with honesty, integrity, and care as his core discipline.
Scott’s philosophy is to be personally involved with each and every project his company builds. He believes that all of his clients deserve his personal attention as he would expect for himself.
With 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Scott’s knowledge ranges from conceptual design through all phases of construction. With his extensive experience he is able to navigate through municipality, design, and construction processes giving his clients a peace of mind knowing their investment is protected.
In his free time Scott enjoys spending time with his family and attending his youngest sons hockey games. He also takes any chance he gets to get out fishing, hunting and spending time in the great outdoors.
